Shalom Safranim,

Recently, a visitor to our library was looking for a short story which
tells the story of an old man who didn't have the opportunity to learn at a
university as a young man. He began his university studies as an old man,
there he saw young students who had this chance to learn but didn't really
care very much to do so. He became very upset until one day he met a young
man who acted very differently. They spoke for hours and afterwards the old
man received a book from him.

Does anyone recognize this story and can send me the name of the author and
the title of the story.

Thank you very much,

Smadar Wisper
