Tip for today only- I get the notifications when kindle books sell for special prices and today only-if you look on Amazon-you will find the KarBen title, "The Whispering Town" on sale for $1.99. It is an excellent first introduction to the Holocaust for young readers. (It got a starred review in Booklist last year.) If you buy it on your kindle account, you can download into your Kindle Cloud Reader if you download the Cloud reader app. This way you can access the book on any computer. I have often used this technique to read an e- book in front of a class of students directly onto the screen from my computer and projector. The resolution and color are great and I can flip pages just like the book, but everyone can see the large screen. I will remember to read this book to 3rd or 4th graders next year at Yom HaShoah.
