I recently reviewed Howard Jacobson's (the "British Philip Roth") new book, "J" in the Jewish Journal and it was fascinating-and would make a good book group read. It was on the short list for the Booker Prize this year (it didn't win). Quite a complex book, but I think this group should be aware of it. By the way, best not to try it as an audiobook-it doesn't work well for that format.
