I recently edited this biography of Moses written by Prof. Shlomo Giora
Shoham of Tel Aviv University and published by Cambridge Scholars
Publishing (CSP).

*Moses: The Righteous Sky Gazer* should appeal to everyone interested
in the evolution
of Jewish monotheism including the influence of Mesopotamian and Midianite
concepts of god and the monotheistic Aten religion espoused by Pharaoh
Akhenaten. Many of the facts in *S**ky Gazer *are based on archaeological
evidence unearthed at Amarna, previously called Akhet-Aten, the capital
city built by Akhenaten.

*Sky Gazer* by Shoham must be compared with *Moses and Monotheism *by Freud
and *Moses* by Martin Buber (a mentor and teacher of Prof. Shoham). Perhaps
you know a student who can produce this comparison as a thesis topic?

Shoham's book is a historical romance written as if it were an
autobiography composed by Moses himself. It is full of dialog that would be
very easy to convert into a screen play or movie.

If you or anyone you know is writing a book in English that is as
interesting and educational as this one, I will enjoy being its editor.
