The College of Charleston library has done incredible work digitizing their Jewish collection and it would be great to hear from you and others about such projects in their institutions.

The Center was vibrant contributor through decades of Jewish communal life in Brooklyn, New York. The papers of Brooklyn Jewish Center are now broadly available through the digitization of complete portions of its archives. This project, funded by METRO, brought together virtually, archival collections from The Library of The Jewish Theological Seminary and the Educational Institute Oholei Torah, the successor institution housed in the Brooklyn Jewish Center building. The digital archives includes a nearly complete run of the Brooklyn Jewish Center Review from 1924-1985, six scrapbooks of the Center's activities, information about the Center's building and documents pertaining to the Nazi Banned Book even held at the Center.
