I really was impressed with the concept of a family book club, and reading
Holocaust memoirs and discussing together. But what do others think about
Ursula's Prism for a 10 year old? In our library, we try to be careful about
considering ages for the Holocaust material.

Subject: [ha-Safran] Holocaust Education

As a publisher devoted to educating the public about the Holocaust and the
lessons that we should learn from it, we rarely if ever get to see the
actual impact the titles have especially amidst current world events. Yes,
we get to see reviews, but the real conversations they create and the actual
impact they have are rare. Thanks to Allison Zmuda who has been gracious
enough to post the actual conversation with her children about three of our
titles - well you can read for yourself...
