Dear Stipend Applicants,
The Stipends Committee had intended to notify applicants of their stipend
amounts by Apr. 17. Unfortunately, the Committee will require some additional
time to complete the assignment of funds.
We encourage those who are able to register for the conference without knowing
their stipend amounts to do so. Those applicants who require confirmation of
their stipends before registering will be assured the early bird registration
rate regardless of the date of the notification.
