Dear Liza (and Safranim), I am so sorry to hear of the elimination of your position at Temple Emanu-El. I salute your dedicated work over the years with the collection and with public programming. You have done so much for the community and for AJL.
I share the sentiments expressed by many Safranim here that this was a short-sighted decision and that the elimination of these types of positions is really distressing. I would also be happy to sign a letter or petition protesting the decision. Thank you so much for all of your amazing work and for helping so many people.
