Does anyone have a step-by-step plan to do this program?I know Pinterest has
dozens of samples, but I wonder if anyone has a basic how-to... Do people sign
up in advance so you know how many titles to prepare, is there a time limit,
what kind of culminating program do you do for participants to share in, or do
they prefer not to have to do this, etc, what are the promotions you used, how
did it go over and would you do it again, and so on.
