Dear Friends,

My Library Committee co-chair and I are presenting a program on newer Israeli
fiction authors - and those new to us (translated into English), as part of
our efforts to create wider use of the Library.
He will discuss mysteries and I will talk about novels and short stories.
We’ve developed a solid bibliography of books, which we hope to annotate, and
have a donation that will cover the cost of purchasing most of those not
already in our collection.

In preparing my part of the talk, I’ve been looking for articles on
contemporary Israeli literature and haven’t had much luck.

Can anyone recommend any articles talking about trends in contemporary Israeli
literature?

Thanks very much,

Janis Colton
