In the Shadow Of God. Published by Kasha Press, April 2015

Poems of memory and healing: In the Shadow of God is a thoughtful and
self-reflective poetic journey into the silent sounds, the shadows of loss and
healing that pervade the lives of children of Holocaust survivors.

We became voiceless keepers of other peoples’ stories, left on our own to
decipher secret words, whispered names, and half sentences.

Chaya Rosen's poems are raw, honest, heartfelt responses to her personal
experience as a descendent of Holocaust survivors, and they encompass her true
love for these survivors as well as her anguish for what the survivors have
been forced to experience.
