Conference co-chairs Shoshanah Seidman and Irene Munster have organized a fabulous 51st Annual AJL Conference in Charleston, South Carolina. The meeting, entitled "Libraries of the Future: Innovate, Integrate, Motivate," will take place June 19-22, 2016 at the Charleston Marriott. Registration for the conference is now open.
This year registration is being handled through the AJL website. Please go to the Upcoming Conference page of the website (from the Conference drop-down menu) where you will find various links including registration fees and FAQs as well as hotel, transportation, and stipend/scholarship information. To register, click on the “Read More” button on the Upcoming Conference page. This will bring you to the Meeting/Event Information page. Clicking on the “Register Now” button will bring you to the Account Login page. Members planning to attend the full conference must enter their member account login information in order to receive the member conference rates. The Early Bird Full Registration rate for members and their spouses/partners ($325 - a $40 discount) will be available through April 19. After that, the full registration rate for members ($365) will apply. Because members must login in order to receive the member rate, it is important that your AJL member information is up-to-date. Please review your member profile and update your contact information as necessary before registering. Non-members register by continuing as a guest at the Account Login page. Please note that it is more economical for non-members to join AJL and pay the member rate than to register for the conference as a non-member.
