We print our own barcode labels using OPALS. You just need address labels – compatible with Avery 5160/8160.

We have a huge supply of barcode labels from a previous order (before OPALS) that has lasted so far, and looks like it will last for at least another 10 years or more, so we never did it, but I believe it is possible.
