At the beginning of February, I tried to access the Federal Depository Library (http://www.fdlp.gov) from Israel. I received the following message:
403: Access Forbidden Your location (IL) has been blacklisted. I wrote to the contact email at the Government Printing Office asking whether this was intentional or if the site had been hacked. All I got was an automated response indicating they would get back to me. After two weeks, I wrote to my senator, Charles Schumer, and my Congressman, Elliot Engel, with the same question. Once again, all I got was an automated response. Does anyone have any suggestions about how else to proceed here? Thanks in advance for any ideas. Diane Romm
