Ari Elias-Bachrach just received this update on the blocking of the Federal Depository Library site in Israel: "We followed up with our security people to go over this issue of access while in the country of Israel. We have gotten permission to open up the FDLP Web site to Israel and keep this monitored. So those who wish to access our site when they are in Israel may do so."
