Daniel -- Assuming there are no other changes than the publisher, I'd classify it as a later printing, not as a new edition. I think of some of Feldheim's reprints that way, even though they don't always identify them as such.
Also, *A Feast of History *is both a Haggadah and a history/ explanation of Pesach. So it can be placed in either place in a collection. Regarding whether to keep it in a personal collection, I wouldn't feel compelled.
