Conservative schul Congregation Beth El of Montgomery County (MD) many years ago when I set up the library as the volunteer committee chair, I had cards made for each family by name, had checkout date cards ready each Shabbos too each book had a card in it so person found name card, clipped book card, put in
basket took check out date card unsupervised library, so honor system anyway just have to post information (paper in library, website, whatever) and make it clear with signs for new members, how to get a card made if new member joins before next set of all membership cards (hope that was clear) Shavua Tov Jonina Duker |
