Dear Hasafranim,
I will be having our high school class -- about 7-10 students -- in the library
for about 20-30 minutes. As you can imagine, they are a tough, jaded bunch, and
I want to engage them the best I can. The curriculum this year for them is
"lifecycle", though it's unclear at the moment if I need to focus on that
exclusively.
I was thinking of explaining the Jewish classification system (we use Elazar),
asking them why and how certain things are connected and flow the way they do.
Has anyone else dealt with this age group successfully? Is there some program
or lesson plan you've devised? I might be having this class in once a month.
Thanks
