listserv...
I may have a lot yet to learn about the AJL website, so excuse me if I
missed this. I am looking for a list of recommended magazines for
synagogue libraries. I'm working on the 2017 budget and would like to
use my limited funds as wisely as possible.
Here's our 2016 subscription list with my notes in parentheses:
Biblical Archeology (plan to drop)
CJ (USCJ magazine free to us)
Commentary
The Forward
Jewish Exponent (Philadelphia Jewish news)
Jewish Review of Books (plan to drop)
Jewish Voice (Wilmington DE Jewish news)
Kol Shalom (synagogue newsletter)
Lilith
Moment
Will Add for 2017:
Hadassah (copy to be donated)
Kulanu
Tikkun Magazine
Considering for 2017:
The Sephardi Report
Contemporary Jewry
Jerusalem Post
Jewish Currents
Journal of Jewish Education
Any suggestions and/or references to existing lists will be greatly
appreciated.
Thanks again,
Diane
