Annette Goldsmith, winner of the 2017 AJL Groner-Wikler Scholarship, will be speaking at the ALA Conference about the new book she co-edited.
The ALA/USSBY ALA Annual program is scheduled for Saturday, June 24 from 5:00-6:30 pm in the Hyatt Regency McCormick Place, Burnham/CC 23A-C room. The program will be titled "Celebrating 25 years of The Rainbow Fish with Marcus Pfister." Annette Goldsmith will speak for a few minutes at the beginning about the new book on international children's literature: Reading the World's Stories. All three co-editors (Theo Heras, Susan Corapi, and Annette) will be there. NorthSouth Books will be sponsoring refreshments.
