Dear Monika Immanuel Olswanger "Royte pomerantsen" and "-Le-Hayim" are collections of transliterated Yiddish anecdotes. It is very old fashioned but still I have on occasion used it for my lessons which are all in transliterated Yiddish. I transliterate them myself.
There are also websites with Yiddish in transliteration but I am sure there are those who can give you guidance better than I can.
