I am looking for a copy of the May 1978 Midstream magazine published by the Theodore Herzl Foundation for a project a congregant is working on. Specifically I am looking for an article written by Michael Kort called “Quotas & Jewish History”. I found half of this issue online but the digital copy stops before this article.
