It depends how one defines "success." Some programs attract lots of participants and no one gained anything. Others may have a few dedicated participants who really learn a lot. We have a Talmud class that meets weekly. 6-14 people show up every week. It has been going on for more than 25 years. We have scholar-in-residence programs that more than 250 people attend.
