Hi Gabriel,

Yale has a copy of the Festschrift that Heidi mentions
(http://hdl.handle.net/10079/bibid/1146024) – you could probably get it through
interlibrary loan.

Best,

Jerry Anne

Hi Gabriel,

This is a long shot and I don't think that Stanford has a copy but the

1963 Festschrift in honor of Nathan Michael Gelber has articles on the Tseeaah
-reenah and its illustrations.

Best, Heidi

Hello Yossi,

Could you please post the following question on Hasafran?

Thank you,

-Gabriel

Dear colleagues,

I am trying to figure out who was the author of the illustrations (apparently
woodcuts) in Tseʼenah u-reʼenah (Sulzbach, 1789, new edition 1826). It may be
very difficult to identify the artist, but perhaps someone has additional
information. Thank you. Gabriel
