Dear colleagues, The Simon Wiesenthal Center is now accepting applications for the 2019 Jack Voorzanger Archival Internship, a special opportunity for a student in a graduate study program in Library/Information Science or a related field who is interested in hands-on experience working with the Simon Wiesenthal Center archival collection, focusing primarily on the Holocaust. The internship, which runs from January 2-August 29, 2019, offers a stipend and can potentially earn academic credit as well, subject to the requirements of the intern's school. The application deadline is November 2, 2018
Jack Voorzanger was a Holocaust survivor who was a beloved long-time volunteer in our archives until shortly before he passed away in 2016. The Simon Wiesenthal Center gratefully acknowledges the continuing support of the Voorzanger family in endowing the internship in Jack's memory.
