I am very sorry to hear of Velvel's passing. I remember him and Goldie fondly when he was the music director at Camp HILI in White Lake and Goldie was in charge of Kaytanah. We had a wonderful music program and when it rained we stayed in the dining room for hours and just sang and sang.. We loved it.
