*The Jewish Historical Society of Southern California* is looking for an archival intern, enrolled in or recent graduate of a MLIS/MLS program and looking to gain experience with archival work.
The intern will aid with archival processing, metadata entry, preservation assessment, rehousing, and more. The work will be done at the *Ostrow* *Library* of the *American Jewish University *located in Los Angeles, CA. The hours and days of the week are flexible. The candidate should be familiar with MS Excel and Google spreadsheets, have experience with archival processing and preservation, be able to work independently, and have a passion for archives. This internship is not paid, but we can work with candidates to receive class credit if needed.
