I just received this announcement: I am pleased to announce that Dr. Nadav Sharon will be joining the Thomas Fisher Rare Book Library as Judaica Librarian and Jewish Studies selector for the Central Libraries as of January 1, 2020. He will also serve as liaison between the Central Libraries and the Toronto School of Theology. Nadav holds a Master of Information from the Faculty of Information, University of Toronto and a PhD in Jewish Studies from Hebrew University of Jerusalem. From 2014 to 2015, Nadav held a postdoctoral fellowship at the Anne Tanenbaum Centre for Jewish Studies at the University of Toronto. Previous to that, he had served as selector of English language books for the Judaica and Israeliana collections at the National Library of Israel. We are very pleased to welcome Nadav in his new role at the University of Toronto.
