Washington University in St. Louis has an opening for a Jewish Studies and Near 
Eastern Studies and Philosophy Subject Librarian. The librarian in this 
position will serve as the University Libraries liaison to the Department of 
Jewish, Islamic, and Middle Eastern Studies and the Philosophy academic 
departments. In addition, the librarian will serve as a selector for the 
libraries collections for these departments. As a member of the dynamic 
Research and Liaison Services department, the librarian will work closely with 
the other librarians in the department, as well as throughout the University 
Libraries, to meet the goals of the University Libraries new Strategic Plan.
