If only authors would stick to one topic per book us amateur catalogers would be much happier. In my synagogue library when a book came along like the one you have, I always asked myself the question: "if someone came to the library looking for the kind of information contained in this book, where would they expect it to be?" It sounds to me like the medical section would be the right place, but you have to answer that for your library patrons.
