Dear Marga, Don't laugh at mailed in reference questions. Our library received a reference question on a postcard this summer with a request for a specific article. I assume the patron wasn't able to reach our staff while we staying safer at home but was certain that the US Postal Service who "neither snow nor *rain* nor heat nor gloom of [pandemic] night stays these couriers from the swift completion of their appointed rounds.
