Dear all, The Directory taskforce of the AJL is offering an internship for a library student. AJL wants to create a directory of Judaica libraries, archives and museums whose public face will be a visualization of the data in map format, faceted and searchable. The idea is that users could discover Judaica collections held in their area, an information that is not often aggregated in a single resource.
The task of the intern will be to perform some data cleanup/enrichment and build a map visualization. Knowledge of Excel, Open Refine and any data visualization tools are preferred.
