Gabriel, I think you need to ask the patron more questions about what they need. Generally academic databases are language agnostic. Ebsco and Proquest are used in Israel. Perhaps your patron could look at the digital resources of Israeli universities? Perhaps the patron could use a website that assembles the documents? Perhaps books are better than digital sources? The word "documentary" in the title is a clue that the contents contain documents.
