Hello Esther, Long ago, the Sinai Temple Library under the leadership of Rita Frischer and Rachel Glasser, developed a fee-based service called the "Central Cataloging Service" which provided Elazar cataloging numbers and subject headings for small libraries that were using the Elazar classification system. After Rita retired and I took over that position, we eventually phased out the service and it no longer exists. I no longer work with Sinai Temple, but please feel free to contact me if you need help with Elazar cataloging and I will be happy to advise you.
