Yes, there are many ongoing efforts to translate yizkor books into English
since the majority are in Hebrew, Yiddish, and a few other languages besides
English. Maybe you could get together with some other landslayt to sponsor a
translation.

Very often the amount of translated yizkor book sections at JewishGen is sparse
since it all depends on volunteer work. I have submitted translated sections
in the past to one of the many other yizkor books available there and it's only
a drop in the bucket.
