It is possible that some libraries might have these items in their archives.  
Try YU among others.
Also, you might want to look at David Birnbaum's book:

 >. It was published in 1968 but reflects books that were read much earlier. He 
was the librarian at Yeshiva of Flatbush for many years. He might have 
published something earlier.
