I know it's a bit old, but what about Albert Speer's Inside the Third Reich? Or
Death Dealer: The Memoirs of the SS Kommendant at Auschwitz by Rudolf Höss. I'm
sure there are more, but not sure how many are in English: here is a list I

book about his involvement in the military resistance.

Rudolf Höß: Kommandant in Auschwitz Memoirs about his service as commander of
Auschwitz.

Franz Halder: Kriegstagebuch. His war diary as chief of staff 1939-1942

Erich von Manstein: Soldat im 20. Jahrhundert (Soldier in the 20th century),
more a book about his view on being a soldier in Reichswehr, Wehrmacht and
Bundeswehr but it shows his view.
