***Cross-listed; Thank you for your patience***

Dear academic librarians among you,

We at AJL are working with the Association for Jewish Studies (AJS) to
increase the visibility of Jewish Studies librarians on our campuses. As
part of that endeavor, here's your final call to add your name and contact
information
<https://urldefense.com/v3/__https://forms.gle/HMfP7ynhmYBdi5de8__;!!KGKeukY!kv1KmcaoCtyJ5raEyPnbWWnQWIZ6vz-U6iseDO5Xj5ekrQspuwIi-X9C8jMm58sdReAVKxdK_EU7vZ8$
 >, along with Judaica
librarians from:

*Alliance israƩlite universelle, Brandeis, Columbia, Duke, George
Washington University, JTS, Princeton, Ohio State, Touro College, Towson
University, UCLA, University of Maryland, University of Toronto,Yale*

to an information page on the AJL web site that will be accessible to AJS
conference attendees -- the conference is soon, Dec. 19-21, in person in
Chicago.

Add your information here
<https://urldefense.com/v3/__https://forms.gle/HMfP7ynhmYBdi5de8__;!!KGKeukY!kv1KmcaoCtyJ5raEyPnbWWnQWIZ6vz-U6iseDO5Xj5ekrQspuwIi-X9C8jMm58sdReAVKxdK_EU7vZ8$
 > if you
haven't already! And thanks to those of you who already have rescinded and
submitted your contact information. You'll soon be receiving a link to the
draft of the web page in question, so that you can confirm the accuracy of
your information.

Here's how it works: AJL is including an insert, in the form of a bookmark,
in the AJS conference bag, with all the swag. On that bookmark, there is
minimal information about AJL, what we do, and a QR code. If folks scan the
code, the page they'll arrive at has more information about AJL, followed
by this list of reference librarians, under the following text (draft
version): "This list specifically is meant to help you, scholars of Jewish
Studies, to find librarians at your own institution. We do not intend that
you use this list to contact reference librarians at other institutions,
unless, of course, you are looking for material held by that institution
specifically." Soon, we'll also be launching a pilot program to connect
unaffiliated Jewish Studies scholars who , or those who do not have
specific Judaica support in their libraries,

Please let me know if you have any questions.

Many thanks, all best,
Rachel
