I'm writing on behalf of Hana Lapidot who is doing the preliminary work to set up a Hebrew language library at the Chabad Israel Center in Atlanta, GA. A supporter of the center donated a major collection of Hebrew books. She is interested in a simple and inexpensive software program to manage the circulation.
I've been out of Judaic libraries for many years and retired from a public school library 4 years ago. (Unfortunately, Jewish high school libraries and librarians are an endangered species).
