Dear Hasafranim,
I'm excited that our small religious school is finally back full force. The
problem is the scheduling. They have me doing a 20 minute story time (which
includes checkout) to a K-3rd grade group; I'm no educator, but from experience
I know that spread is too wide -- you can make a case for 2nd graders, but 3rd
graders really shouldn't be lumped in with kindergarteners.
If this can't be changed, does anyone have any advice for how to handle reading
to such a wide age group?
