I have just two suggestions. 1. When you withdraw books, mark the catalog entry as "withdrawn" so that you know that the library once owned the book and a decicions was made to remove it from the collection. That way the bvibliographic information is not lost and if someone tries to donate a copy you will have a reason to decline it.
2. If possible, replace the paper copy with a free electronic copy. DS -- Daniel D.
