Hi colleagues!
I've been working on a project about all of us gathering at Mount Sinai.
A 2013 /Jerusalem Post /essay Rabbi Reuven Hammer wrote, "Experiencing
Sinai," says:
There is, however, an ancient tradition that states that you and I
and all Jews ever born did stand at Sinai (Midrash Hagadol to
Deuteronomy 29:9, B.T. Shabbat 146a).
The Talmud is easily accessible. Midrash Hagadol, not so much. I would
try traditional ILL, but there are few copies in Worldcat.
Could someone please either send me the section of Midrash Hagadol on
Deuteronomy 29:9, parshah Nitzavim, or tell me that traditional ILL is
the way to go? I have very little experience with Judaica librarianship.
I would very much appreciate it, either way.
