Thank you for all that replied. Both my husband and I received the pocket size Bible. Now that my husband is deceased I want to give his Bible to our education director. I’m sure that the story was about that type Bible, very possible during the Six Day War, maybe Yom Kippur War. While the stories are wonderful, I hope to find the one I’m looking for. It was in one of the text books for a Jewish day school. Amalia Sent from my iPad
