It's an easier and more accessible version of the Encyclopedia Judaica.? Actually, many of their cited resources are from the Encyclopedia Judaica.Sefaria, on the other hand, is a compendium of the Tanach, plus many other Sifrei Kodesh such as Midrash, Mussar, Responsa.? It offers many commentaries and, in many cases, it offers both text and commentaries in English translation as well as the original Hebrew.? It is an ongoing work, constantly adding more commentaries and offering more translations as they are made available.
