I may have gone a little crazy with it, but I divided the picture books by
'topic': Shabbat, Israel, Bible, Historical, Grandparents, Values, Yiddish,
Books in Hebrew, etc (there were at least a half dozen in each category,
some more) and one section for holidays, which are stored in the back until
it's time for them.
The Shabbat story time folks like this, as do the other programs for the
littles.
And to keep them (semi) organized, I bought a bunch of the patterned
scrapbook tapes to use on the top corner of the spines. Makes it easier to
re-sort them after the kids have been playing.
