Hi Rebecca, The five main publishers of Jewish Children's books are Kar-Ben, Apples and Honey Press, Green Bean Publishers, Kalaniot, and Intergalactic Afikomen. I believe they will all take unagented submissions, but your friend would need to do their due diligence and investigate accordingly. It's probably a wise move for your friend to look into getting a literary agent.
