I have nothing to offer in terms of answering your question, but I just wanted to say that the version of Weine available for download from the AJL website is from 2013. Maybe the librarian who gave answer #1 doesn't realize that. There was a later effort to do an update, but the last email I can find about it is from June 2021 and the link I have to a Google Doc about it doesn't work.
