Hadassah Northeast is hosting a virtual event about children’s books in
school and public libraries in the spring of 2026. We're currently looking
for panelists:


   - A school or public librarian who can speak to the current state of
   library book offerings: Palestinian vs Israel – is there a balance? Are the
   books being read? Are parents, teachers, or community members asking
   relevant questions? Etc. The “current state” could be addressed at the
   local, regional, state, or national level.



   - Someone who could talk about strategies that parents and other
   community members could use to help get Israel-positive (or other
   Jewish-positive) books into libraries and classrooms. This may or may not
   be the same person as above.
