Hi Claude, I must have overlooked this - I will have to play with it and try to get a decent sound out of it (sinus sounds aren't that pretty, are they?). I will still need to ship SoX with my prog but I with this I can play fast or slow and offer different temperaments. Thanks a lot for that hint right now. I am looking forward to diving deeper into sound synthesis in the future. By then I will also check all the other links all of you gave me.
