I'd hate to have to import a module just to get at ($). Like I've
mentioned before, some combinators are so ubiqutos they're almost like
syntax. Seeing as the actual syntax will always be in scope, these
common combinators would also have to be in scope all the time, which
means placing them in the narrowed Prelude.
